2.2. Commissions will be paid out in a timely manner, typically within 30 days following the end of the month in which the sale was made.

2.3. Commissions will be paid out via the preferred payment method specified by the affiliate.

2.4. A minimum payout threshold of $50 is required to receive payment. If this threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the following month.

2.5. Commissions are not paid on wholesale orders.

2.6. Commissions are not paid on items from the Yard Sale section.

2.7. All ACH transfer payments will incur a $20 processing fee.

3.1. Affiliates will be provided with a unique tracking link to share with potential customers. This link is essential for tracking referred sales and attributing commissions accurately.

3.2. Unaka Gear Co. is not responsible for commissions on sales that are not properly tracked due to incorrect or manipulated use of affiliate tracking links.

4.1. Affiliates are encouraged to promote Unaka Gear Co. products ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2. Affiliates may use approved promotional materials provided by Unaka Gear Co. or create their own, but all promotional content must accurately represent Unaka Gear Co. products and services.

4.3. Affiliates must not engage in any spamming, deceptive advertising, or unethical marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to, misleading claims, false endorsements, or any activity that may harm Unaka Gear Co.’s brand or reputation.

5.1. Unaka Gear Co. reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions or unethical promotional practices.

5.2. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to Unaka Gear Co.

Unaka Gear Co. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina.

Any disputes arising from or related to this program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of South Carolina.
